I’ve recently been in the market for a pair of headsets. I needed a pair of headphones that were going to meet my listening needs - dvds,music, and gaming. Additionally, I needed them to be comfortable, and to provide high quality sound at an affordable price.  Sennheisers HD 555 Headphones delivered all of that and then some. I could not believe the sound quality delivered by these babies. These headphones ROCK.Lets take a moment and discuss some of the features that make up these awesome cans.

Quality of Sound
Sound quality with the Sennheiser HD 555 headphones can be summed up easily, Astounding!

They produced the same level of sound quality when watching my favorite movies or playing video games. The movie Gladiator was awesome to watch particularly when they were in the Colosseum. I felt like I was there.

Comfortability
If you wear glasses you know what a pain it can be wearing headphones. With other headphones,  I could not wear them for long periods of time. They would shove the frames of my glasses into the side of my head. Not with Sennheisers HD 555 headphones, they have a velour ear pads that make it easy for those of us who wear glasses. I’ve had no problems wearing these babies for long periods of time.

These aren’t the lightest headsets I’ve worn. They weight about 9.2 ounces (260 g). I have not found this to be a massive problem. I’ve been able to wear these headsets for long lengths of time with no problems.

Affordability
When it comes to price to worth, the Sennheiser HD 555 headphones over deliver.  Why get a higher end headphones when these babies deliver a lot of bang for the dollar. These are an remarkable set of headsets. I found Amazon to be the cheapest place to get a pair.


Overall, I am very happy with my Sennheiser HD 555 headphones.  I plan on enjoying these for years to come .  I have no problem recommending these headphones to anyone searching for quality headphones at a cheap price.
